The S25FL128SAGNFI013 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it achieves up to 52 MBps Quad and 80 MBps Quad DDR read speeds. With advanced security and 100,000 program-erase cycles, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive and industrial use. Extended addressing supports code shadowing, XIP, and storage.
