The S25FL128SAGNFA000 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for improved program and erase speeds. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes including DDR, with read rates up to 52 MBps (Quad SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector and minimum 20-year data retention.
