The CY8C21512-12PVXE is an automotive-grade, programmable system-on-chip (PSoC) featuring an M8C CPU up to 12 MHz, 8 KB flash, and 512 bytes SRAM. It integrates a CapSense Plus block with 20 CapSense I/Os, 4 sliders, proximity sensing, and a 1-channel, 10-bit DelSig ADC at 5.9 ksps. With 24 GPIOs, I2C interface, and operation from 3.0 to 5.25 V over -40 to 125°C, it is RoHS and halogen free, water tolerant, and ideal for automotive capacitive touch applications.
