The CY8C21334-24PVXA is a programmable system-on-chip (PSoC®) device with an M8C CPU up to 24 MHz, 8 KB flash, and 0.5 KB SRAM. It features 16 GPIOs, 3 universal digital blocks, and 1 programmable analog block. Supporting CapSense™ Plus with 12 CapSense I/Os, 2 sliders, and proximity sensing, it offers I2C communication and hardware PWM. Operating from 3.0 to 5.25 V and -40 to 85°C, it is water tolerant, halogen free, and RoHS compliant.
