CY62157EV30LL-45ZXIT is an 8-Mbit (512K × 16) CMOS SRAM with 45 ns access for fast, random-read/write memory. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C (Industrial/Automotive-A). Ultra-low power includes 2 µA typical standby (8 µA max) and 6 mA typical active at 1 MHz. CE1/CE2 with OE support easy expansion, and automatic power-down reduces current when addresses are not toggling.
