It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V and supports A0 to A18 addressing plus BLE/BHE byte enables for 16-bit or byte writes. Automatic power-down when deselected reduces standby to 2 µA typical (8 µA max). Active current is 6 mA typical at 1 MHz. Offered in 48-ball Pb-free VFBGA packaging.
