CY62157EV30LL-45BVXA is an 8-Mbit (512K × 16) CMOS SRAM in a 48-ball VFBGA (Pb-free) for Automotive-A designs. It runs from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C and supports 45 ns access. Ultra-low power includes 2 µA typical standby (8 µA max) with automatic power-down and 6 mA typical active current at 1 MHz. CE1/CE2, OE, and BHE/BLE provide flexible byte control and easy memory expansion.
