The CY15B108QN-20LPXCT is an 8 Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI up to 40 MHz and virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles. It offers 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V, it supports commercial temperature (0°C to +70°C) in an 8-pin GQFN package. Low-power operation and unique device ID make it ideal for frequent-write, high-reliability industrial and data logging applications.
