It operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +125°C, meeting AEC-Q100 Grade 1. The device delivers 10^13 read/write cycles, 121-year data retention at 85°C, instant nonvolatile writes, and up to 50 MHz SPI clock.
