Organized as 256K × 8, it features a high-speed SPI interface up to 50 MHz and advanced write protection. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V in –40°C to +85°C industrial range, it is RoHS compliant and housed in an 8-lead DFN package, ideal for reliable data storage in industrial applications.
