It integrates QuantumTrap SONOS nonvolatile storage with AutoStore on power-down, plus software or HSB hardware STORE/RECALL. Operates at VCC 2.7 V to 3.6 V and VCCQ 1.70 V to 1.95 V over -40 to 85°C in a 165-ball FBGA.
