CY14V101QS-SE108XI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) nvSRAM that combines SRAM with SONOS nonvolatile cells to retain data without a battery. It supports SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI (QPI) up to 108 MHz (54 MBps) and performs AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be commanded. Industrial grade operates from 2.7 V–3.6 V core and 1.71 V–2.0 V I/O at –40°C to 85°C.
