CY14V101QS-BK108XI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) quad SPI nvSRAM combining SRAM with SONOS nonvolatile storage for battery-free data retention. It supports SPI/DPI/QPI up to 108 MHz (54 MBps) and performs AutoStore at power-down using a VCAP capacitor with RECALL on power-up, plus software or HSB pin control. Operates at VCC 2.7 V to 3.6 V and VCCQ 1.71 V to 2.0 V over –40°C to 85°C.
