CY14V101NA-BA25XIT is a 1-Mbit (64 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports 25 ns access and infinite SRAM read/write cycles, plus up to 1 million nonvolatile STORE cycles and 20-year data retention. Auto STORE on power-down uses a VCAP capacitor; RECALL occurs on power-up or by software. Operates at 3.0 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 1.95 V I/O over -40°C to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA.
