It supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a VCAP capacitor and RECALL on power-up, with software or HSB pin STORE/RECALL control. Operates at VCC 3.0 V to 3.6 V and VCCQ 1.65 V to 1.95 V over −40°C to +85°C with 45 ns access.
