CY14ME064Q2A-SXQ is a 64-Kbit (8K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage to retain data through power loss. It supports 40 MHz SPI read/write with zero cycle delay, SPI modes 0 and 3, AutoStore plus Software STORE/RECALL, and an 8-byte serial number with manufacturer/product ID. Operates at 4.5 V to 5.5 V over –40°C to +105°C in an 8-pin SOIC with VCAP.
