CY14ME064J2-SXQT is a 64-Kbit (8 K × 8) serial I2C nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage, performing AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up. It runs from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over –40°C to +105°C, supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz, and includes an 8-byte serial number plus manufacturer/product ID. 8-pin SOIC with VCAP; max ICC 2 mA at 3.4 MHz, standby 250 µA, sleep 20 µA.
