It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to +85°C and performs hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. Endurance is 1 million STORE cycles with 20-year data retention and 25-ns access in 44-pin TSOP II tape-and-reel packaging.
