CY14E101J2-SXI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM with integrated QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements for battery-free data retention. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over −40°C to 85°C, supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz (Hs-mode), and provides zero-cycle-delay SRAM reads/writes. Using VCAP, it AutoSTOREs on power-down and RECALLs on power-up; rated 1 million STORE cycles and 20-year retention at 85°C.
