CY14B256KA-SP25XIT is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and delivers 25 ns SRAM access in a 48-pin SSOP. Data is stored to QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements by AutoStore on power-down or by hardware/software STORE, with RECALL on power-up. Supports watchdog timer and alarm interrupts, with 20-year retention and 1M STORE cycles.
