CY14B256I-SFXIT is a 256 Kbit (32 K × 8) serial nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, using an I2C interface from 100 kHz to 3.4 MHz. It combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage, supporting AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software and HSB hardware STORE. Operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to 85°C in a 16-pin SOIC, with 20-year data retention and 1M STORE cycles.
