CY7C1470BV25-250AXC is a 72-Mbit (2M × 36) 2.5 V synchronous pipelined burst SRAM with No Bus Latency (NoBL) architecture for zero-wait-state back-to-back reads/writes. It supports 250 MHz bus operation with up to 3.0 ns clock-to-output (tCO), registered inputs/outputs, byte write via BWa–BWd, and linear or interleaved 4-beat burst. It is offered in a 100-pin Pb-free TQFP, commercial range.
