CY62128ELL-45ZXIT is a 1-Mbit (128 K × 8) low-power CMOS static RAM for 5 V systems, organized as 128K × 8 with 45 ns access. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V, is pin compatible with CY62128B, and supports industrial -40 to 85°C and automotive-E -40 to 125°C ranges. Automatic CE power-down cuts standby to ISB2 typ 1 µA (max 4 µA industrial), with ICC typ 1.3 mA at 1 MHz, and 32-pin TSOP Type I packaging.
