CY14B116M-ZSP25XIT is a 16-Mbit nvSRAM (1024 K × 16) with integrated RTC, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells for 20-year data retention and 1,000,000 STORE cycles. It supports 25 ns access and hands-off AutoStore on power-down with a VCAP capacitor (19.8 µF to 82.0 µF), plus software or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C in a 54-pin TSOP II package.
