The CY14B108L-BA25XIT is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 1024 K × 8, combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage in each cell. It performs hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor, and supports hardware or software STORE/RECALL. Rated for 1M STORE cycles and 20-year retention, it runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA with 25 ns access.
