CY14B108L-BA25XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 1024 K × 8 with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C and delivers 25 ns access time in a 48-ball FBGA. Data is automatically stored to nonvolatile memory on power-down using an external VCAP capacitor (122 µF to 360 µF) and recalled on power-up, with hardware or software STORE/RECALL options.
