CY14B104NA-ZSP45XIT is a 4-Mbit (256K × 16) parallel nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and performs automatic STORE on power-down using an external VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. It supports 45 ns access, 20-year data retention, and 1 million STORE cycles in a 54-pin TSOP II package over -40°C to 85°C.
