The CY14B104NA-BA25XIT is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 256K × 16 with QuantumTrap non-volatile cells. AutoStore copies SRAM to non-volatile memory on power-down using a VCAP capacitor, and RECALL restores data on power-up or by software. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C, offers 25 ns access time, 1M STORE cycles, and 20-year data retention in a 48-ball FBGA package.
