CY14B104NA-BA20XIT is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 256K × 16, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells for automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to 85°C, supports 20 ns access, and provides 20-year data retention with up to 1 million STORE cycles. 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP is specified for AutoStore. It is offered in a 48-ball FBGA package.
