The CY14B104LA-BA45XI is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (512K × 8) combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for instant-on data retention. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C and supports 45 ns access. AutoStore saves SRAM contents on power-down using an external VCAP capacitor, while STORE/RECALL can also be initiated by software commands or the HSB pin. Data retention is 20 years with 1M STORE cycles.
