Infineon's Industrial-Qualified 16Mb MoBL™ SRAM: High-Density, Parallel Interface, and Wide Operating Range CY62167EV30LL-45ZXI is a 16-Mbit (1M × 16/2M × 8) CMOS asynchronous SRAM with a 45 ns speed grade in a Pb-free 48-pin TSOP I package. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, and offers byte control via BLE/BHE plus automatic power-down when deselected. Operating current is 7 mA typ at 1 MHz and 35 mA max at fmax, with standby as low as 1.5 µA typ (12 µA max) for battery-backed designs.
