The S25HS02GTDPBHV053 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with dual-die architecture. It supports Quad SPI operation up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz) and 83 MBps (SDR, 166 MHz) at 1.8 V supply, and is rated for automotive AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40°C to +105°C).
