The CY15V104QN-20LPXCT is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI up to 50 MHz, organized as 512K × 8. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating at 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it supports industrial temperatures from –40°C to +85°C in an 8-pin GQFN package. Advanced write protection and instant nonvolatile write capability enable reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
