The CY15V104QN-20LPXC is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V in commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C), it supports SPI up to 50 MHz and offers hardware and software write protection. Typical active current is 2.4 mA at 40 MHz, standby at 2.3 µA. Unique ID, serial number, and a 256-byte special sector enable secure frequent-write data logging and industrial applications.
