CY14B101NA-ZS45XIT is a 1-Mbit (64 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage per cell. It supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, industrial -40°C to 85°C, 45 ns access, 20-year data retention, and 1,000K STORE cycles in a 44-pin TSOP II.
