CY14B101NA-ZS45XI is a 1-Mbit nvSRAM (64 K × 16) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for data preservation during power loss. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports AutoStore on power-down using a 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor, and allows software- or HSB pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. The -ZS45XI option is 45 ns in a 44-pin TSOP II package.
