CY14B101LA-BA25XIT is a 1-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 128 K × 8 with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It combines SRAM speed with automatic STORE on power-down (via VCAP capacitor) and RECALL on power-up, with additional software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to 85°C, with 25 ns access, 20-year retention, and 1,000 K STORE endurance in a 48-ball FBGA.
