CY14B101KA-ZS25XIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 85°C, with 25 ns access time. Automatic STORE on power-down uses a small VCAP capacitor; STORE/RECALL can also be software or HSB controlled. It supports 20-year retention and 1 million STORE cycles.
