CY14B101I-SFXIT is a 1-Mbit (128 K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, alarm, watchdog, and programmable square-wave output. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz. QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells back up SRAM with AutoStore on power-down plus software or HSB pin STORE/RECALL. Data retention is 20 years at 85°C with 1,000K STORE cycles.
