The S29GL256S10TFV020 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory based on Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, page mode read access as fast as 15 ns, and random access time of 90 ns. With a wide I/O voltage range of 1.65 V to VCC and operation from -40°C to +105°C, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
