Hybrid flyback controller for ultrahigh power density designs The XDP™ XDPS2201 is a multi-mode, digitally configurable hybrid flyback controller that combines the simplicity of a traditional flyback topology with the performance of a resonant converter. The XDPS2201 can drive high and low-side MOSFETs in an asymmetric half-bridge flyback topology using two high-voltage MOSFETs. It is highly integrated to simplify design and reduce BOM costs, with a 600V start-up cell and integrated high-side driver.
