The TLE9241QU is an integrated circuit (IC) for use in automatic transmission control modules The device allows flexible control with two gate drive outputs for module power-off during sleep mode using a reverse polarity-protected high-side switch. Two high-side gate drive channels control "safety" switches for transmission solenoid power. It supports eight two-wire Hall Effect sensors, four for position/speed sensors and four for position sensors.
