MOTIX™ TLE9564QX is an AEC Q100-qualified system IC for BLDC motors with integrated gate driver, power supply and communication interface. MOTIX™ TLE9564QX motor system IC (SBC) integrates a 5 V low-dropout voltage regulator, LIN transceivers LIN2.2/SAE J2602 with programmable TXD time-out feature and LIN flash mode, three half-bridges for BLDC motor control, one current sense amplifier and one 32-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI). This device offers diagnostic and supervision features and is ISO 26262-ready.
