MOTIX™ TLE9563-3QX is an AEC Q100-qualified system IC for BLDC motors with integrated gate driver, power supply and communication interface. MOTIX™ TLE9563-3QX motor system IC (SBC) integrates a 5 V low-dropout voltage regulator, one HS-CAN transceiver supporting CAN FD, CAN partial networking (incl. FD tolerant mode), three half-bridges for BLDC motor control, one current sense amplifier and one 32-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI). This device offers diagnostic and supervision features and is ISO 26262-ready.
