BTS50025-1TEA is a 2.5 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-TO-252-5-11 package, with protective functions & diagnosis It features Reverse ON functionality protecting the device in reverse polarity condition (reverse battery). The power transistor is built by an N-channel MOSFET with charge pump. It is specially designed to drive high current nominal loads up to 24 A, for application like heaters, glow plugs, fan and pump in the harsh automotive environment.
