The TLE9251SJ is part of the High Speed CAN transceiver generation, used inside HS CAN networks for automotive and also for industrial applications. The TLE9251SJ meets the old ISO11898 standard and the latest 2016 version, SAE J1939, J2284-4/5. It offers a low power Stand-by mode with bus wake-up pattern (WUP) detection feature. Available in standard PG-DSO-8 and leadless PG-TSON-8 (TLE9251LE) packages, it provides high ESD robustness, low EME, stringent EMC compliance, CAN FD support up to 5 MBit/s, and fail-safe features for ideal passive behavior.
