The TLS835B2EL V is a linear voltage regulator with high performance, very low dropout linear voltage and very low quiescent current. Input range of 3V to 40V and low 20μA quiescent current make this regulator ideal for automotive applications. Fast regulation and high stability with just 1μF ceramic capacitor. Dropout voltage as low as 100mV (5V output) and 120mV (3.3V output) for currents below 100mA. Starts at 3V input, suitable for cranking conditions. Enable feature for on/off control. Internal protection against output faults, overcurrent, and overtemperature.
