The TLS835B2EL VSE is a linear voltage regulator with high performance, very low dropout linear voltage and very low quiescent current. Input range: 3V-40V. Low quiescent current (20μA). Suitable for automotive or battery-connected systems. Fast regulation and stability with minimal external components. Low dropout voltage (<100mV @ 5V, <120mV @ 3.3V). Operating range from 3V, ideal for automotive systems during cranking. Enable feature for on/off control. Output voltage (5V/3.3V) selected via SEL pin. Internal protection: current limitation, overtemperature shutdown.
