The TLS850B0TB V33 is a high performance, very low dropout linear voltage regulator for 3.3 V supply in a PGTO263-5 package. Input voltage range of 3V to 40V and low quiescent current of 20μA. Requires only 1μF ceramic capacitor for stable operation. Low dropout voltage of 120mV below 100mA output current. This makes TLS850B0TB V33 suitable for automotive systems during cranking. Enable feature for on/off control. Internal protection against output faults and overtemperature.
