The TLE9255WLC is part of the Infineon CAN transceiver family being compliant to the new ISO11898-2 from 2016 and also to the former ISO11898-7 The TLE9255WSK, a standard DSO-14 package, supports CAN partial networking and CAN FD compliance. It enables transmission and reception of CAN FD messages up to 2Mbit/s and can block CAN FD message payloads. This allows non-CAN FD capable microcontrollers to operate in CAN FD networks. The TLE9255WLC utilizes its SPI interface for wake-up setup, INH output control, mode control, and undervoltage control, making it fit for automotive applications.
